Terms and Conditions

A. Silverbullproject.com ("The program") is a private sales program. By becoming a registered client, you agree not to hold Silverbullproject.com or its associates liable for any financial loss whatsoever that you may experience under any circumstances.

B. Silverbullproject.com is open only to individuals of legal age.

C. Only one client account per controlling party (i.e. computer, family, household or any society sharing an internet connection) is allowed. Multiple accounts created without consent will be deleted without prior notification and all deposits/purchases will be forfeited without refund.

D. The minimum purchase is one 1/100 part (unit) of a statue.

E. There is no maximum purchase set, but Silverbullproject.com reserves the right to decline a purchase excessive in amount, on a case by case basis.

F. Once a purchase is made, the funds transferred become the property of Silverbullproject.com.

G. When a purchase is made, the client account is credited with the appropriate amount of 1/100 parts (units) of a statue, that act as electronic tokens of value.

H. Silverbullproject.com guarantees to buy back a certain number of units from clients weekly for the prevailing price. The number of guaranteed buyback units applicable for each week is announced on the members area sell page.

I. If the client owns 100 parts (units) of a statue, she may request delivery of the statue. Delivery charges are incurred, the amount depending on the current market and storage situation, and are payable by the client. Delivery delays may apply depending on the manufacturing and warehouse circumstances. Silverbullproject.com reserves the right to decline delivery and compensate the client by paying the current market price of the units.

J. Holdings less than 100 parts (units) can not be delivered, and have no value outside the silverbullproject.com system.

K. Active accounts are entitled to earn affiliate commissions by referring new clients with a referral link. After the free trial period of 30 days, only accounts with purchases during the previous 30 days are considered active.

L. Referral commissions are credited to client's cash balance and can be cashed out to an e-currency account at any time.

M. Clients may withdraw their funds only by the same payment method through which they originally made the purchase.

N. Cashouts are processed weekly every Sunday, or optionally sooner for extra fee as represented on the cashout page.

O. No transaction fees are charged from a purchase.

P. A transaction fee of 5% is charged from every completed sale for units that have been held for a minimum of 30 days. Units held for a shorter time period may be subject to higher fees or restrictions.

Q. Value of the statues fluctuates according to demand and supply. No profits or preservation of value are guaranteed. Silverbullproject.com may adjust the price of the units as they see fit.

R. Clients accept that it is possible to lose part or all of the value of their holdings at any time.

S. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

T. Silverbullproject.com may at its discretion terminate a client account for any reason.

U. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice.
